Born in Texas and driven by a strong sense of service, Jim Fortner began his professional journey in the military in 1987, serving until 2007. After completing his military career, Jim transitioned into real estate and has been licensed since September 2007, bringing discipline, leadership, and integrity into every client relationship.
As both an agent and team manager, Jim plays a vital leadership role within the Fortner team while continuing to serve buyers and sellers throughout Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. With more than 500 successful transactions totaling nearly a quarter billion dollars in sales volume, Jim’s experience and market expertise consistently deliver results.
Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors, as well as making memories with his three granddaughters. Known for his friendly, outgoing personality and strong work ethic, Jim is committed to making every real estate experience smooth, transparent, and successful.
